As a part of our portfolio for business process outsourcing, we offer comprehensive and custom solutions for invoice management. Today, in Europe alone, about 15 billion invoices are still sent by traditional mail each year. This means, 15 billion invoices are printed, enveloped, delivered, opened, sorted, distributed, and only thereafter – and in general using manual processes - are these invoices data-captured and processed. Invoice management has a lot to offer for this part of the process: there are never before anticipated possibilities of optimizing and automating processing steps and ultimately saving costs.

Invoice management covers in-bound invoice capture, invoice processing, delivering out-bound invoices. Included are invoices in both electronic and paper formats, and OXSEED encompasses the complete process chain – from supplier to the enterprise and to the customer. Incoming invoices are either manually or automatically captured. The follow-on processing covers all processes from invoice verification up to release to accounts payable. On the e-billing side, processes covered include invoice generation and delivery. 

All steps of the invoice management process – from capture, data extraction, including routing, approval, signature, and electronic delivery – are performed under control of the OXSEED on-demand platform.
