Training & Education

Since 1999 our team provides training and education regarding web-based services. Our trainings are targeting IT-specialists and executive staff of medium-sized companies and corporate groups.

Our training concepts are tailored to our customer´s needs. The foundation for the IT-driven customer-provider-analysis is a value benefit analysis system that we develop hand-in-hand with our clients. Based on this analysis we prepare the training curriculum. Role-playings and case studies are being developed and validated individually. According to our experience customer needs can be made visible by that way.

One of our main goals is the enhancement of integral web-based service quality awareness, both on supply and demand side. By means of our educational training you will be able to identify and close communication- and comprehension-gaps between customer and provider.

The integration of different target groups in our training will lead to customer driven system specifications and it will also motivate customers to precisely and completely define their needs. The trainings can be addressed to all relevant target groups such as IT-development, data-centers and support-teams on supply side and the IT purchasing department on the demand side.
